Grouting
Overview
Water Stop Grouting
Commonly used in tunnels, basements and shafts to seal high flow and chronic water leaks, PU and Acrylic grouts are used to permanently seal ground water flow through soil, rock and concrete.
Pressure Grouting
Where fractured rock causes issues with ground water leakage and instability, pressure grouting is used to seal rock fractures, increasing strength and decreasing permeability.
Permeation Grouting
When solidification of sand is required, permeation grouting is fast, cost effective and low impact.
Permeation grouting to stabilise sand in advance of excavation, water stop grouting in tunnels, basements and shafts, high pressure grouting of fractured rock, tube-a-manchette grouting and bulk fill grouting of large voids and mines.
Grout materials include cement, ultrafine cements, silicate and chemical grouts, polyurethane, acrylates and foamed grouts. Our fleet covers mixers from 2 to 200m3 capacity: pumps from 5 to 120 bar pressure and 1 to 40m3/hr flow rate.
