About RIX Ground Engineering (RGE)
RIX Ground Engineering is a specialist Ground Engineering contractor. We were established in 2019 as part of The RIX Group and have grown rapidly, servicing major infrastructure and building projects throughout Australia.
Management Team
Iain Robertson
Managing Director
Iain has 30 years ground engineering experience, working in Australia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, including on shore, marine and underground projects. His specialities are small diameter drilling (<600mm) and grouting techniques. He was a founder of RGE in 2019 and is particularly involved in the operational aspects of soil mixing, grouting, jet grouting, minipiles and ground anchors.
Tony Kinsella
Director & General Manager
Tony coming from an architecture background has over 25 years of experience in the construction sector. Using a wealth of knowledge from working around the globe in the sector Tony has managed some of the largest ground engineering projects in Australia delivering the highest quality product for the client.
Enda Bolger
Business Development Manager
With a background in construction, Enda brings over 5 years of business development experience to the team. Throughout his career Enda has developed business growth with clients across Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. Leaning on his experience to develop RGE relationships with current and future clients.
Will Laupama
Construction Manager
Will has 15 years of experience in the piling and ground engineering sector Australia wide. Specialising in delivering projects safely to a high-quality standard using various techniques including small and large diameter piling in all applications, High-capacity ground anchors, and Diaphragm walls.
Adrian Kendell
Senior Project Manager
Adrian has over 35 years piling, diaphragm walling and ground engineering experience, working in Europe, Asia and Australia. He has worked on a variety of infrastructure and development projects including land and marine foundations, and underground projects. His specialities are all ground improvement technologies, large and small diameter piling and various drilling and grouting techniques.
Lukasz Gawlik
Senior Design Engineer
Lukasz has 15 years of experience designing complex ground engineering solutions in Europe and Australia. Lukasz specialises in the design of foundation and shoring piling / micropiling, ground improvement (rigid inclusions, mass and soil mixing, Jet Grouting). His expertise includes the use of design software such as RATZ, PIGLET, WALLAP, GGU through to PLAXIS FEM software, together with excellent AutoCAD drafting capability. Lukasz is a chartered geotechnical engineer in Australia since July 2021.
